Since my last entry, quite a few things happened, one of them was changing the look of my website. Very exciting, especially when you do not know what the outcome will look like. As far as my life goes, I just came back from India a couple weeks ago, after spending there about 3 months teaching, playing and traveling. Very exciting times there! I also recorded a new album with Kenny Werner, Joshua Redman and Lionel Loueke, plus a wind section including a clarinet, bass clarinet, baritone, flute, bass flute, bassoon, french horn, trumpet and a singer. The CD should be out early next year. I’ve been also playing many great concerts all over the world with musicians like Seamus Blake, Dave Kikoski, Kenny Werner, Ben Street, Lionel Loueke, Avishai Cohen, Miguel Zenon, Jacques Szwarcbart, John Taylor, Enrico Rava….. At beginning of this year, I launched Drum School at the AppStore. This drum learning tool is available on the iphone, ipod and the ipad for download and we developed it together with my dear friend Massimo Biolcati. Stay tuned for more news to come.
